As my sister is contemplating the route for her 11 mile run, I must confess (with a combination of embarrassment and pride) that I actually walked a mile yesterday!! Yes, walked a mile. My first in months. I kicked off my heels, put on my boots and walked the halls of the high school. Exhausting! :) I plan to do it again tomorrow . . . .
Karen - check the schools around you. Many open up their halls for community members who want to walk or run in the evening.
Joey - have you been able to get out with all that snow?
